A. Phase One: Landscape Conceptual Plan - Will focus our efforts on a master plan for the specific area of your property.
B. Phase Two: Detailed Planting Beds Plan - These plans will contain a detailed design of all planting beds identified on the Landscape plan. They will include all trees, shrubs, perennials, and other plant material.
C. Phase Three: Perspective Sketches - Birds Eye View Professional Artist Perspective Sketches or Digital Perspective Fly Through will be rendered to scale, in order to visualize the design in an enhanced medium.
D. Phase Four: Lighting plan - Design Works will provide you with a lighting plan for the areas in question.
E. Phase Five: Irrigation Plan - The irrigation plan will detail the layout of all irrigation drips and heads for the planting beds and grass that require irrigation.
F. Phase Six: Specification Sheets Each Phase listed above will contain a specification sheet that itemizes the material needed along with square and linear footage.
G. Phase Seven: Construction Management - Design Works will work with you obtaining contractor bids for proposed work to be undertaken, and we will supervise these contractors during construction and installation to ensure that the integrity of the design is maintained during this critical phase, making the entire procedure a turn-key operation.
