About the Role
The Landscape Technician is a key member of our field team, responsible for performing landscape maintenance, supporting installations, maintaining equipment, and participating in snow operations during the winter season. This role is hands on, fast paced, and ideal for someone who takes pride in working outdoors and contributing to high quality results.
You will work closely with crew leaders and teammates to complete daily tasks efficiently while maintaining safe, clean, and professional job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, bed care, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
Install and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, mulch, sod, lawns, and landscape lighting
Operate commercial landscaping equipment and mowers
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Help keep trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Participate in snow removal operations during winter, including plowing and shoveling
Work with crew leaders to stay on task and complete daily goals
Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
Qualifications
Enjoys working outdoors and performing physical work
Dependable, hardworking, and team oriented
Able to take direction and communicate clearly
Willing to learn plant material, pruning techniques, and maintenance best practices
Comfortable working in all seasons, including during snow events
Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment maintenance is a plus
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Safety focused and drug free
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Compensation and Benefits
$23 to $26 per hour, based on experience
