About the Role
Hiring experienced commercial snow plow truck operators for the 2026-2027 winter season.
PAY: $40-$50/hour based on experience.
WORK: On-call snow removal. Overnight, early morning, weekends and holidays during storms.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Commercial snow/plowing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and responsive
• Comfortable working in winter conditions
Responsibilities include plowing commercial parking lots, following assigned routes, working around other
equipment and communicating with the snow team.
Reliability is our #1 priority. We need operators who answer the phone and show up when storms are
called.
Loader, skid steer or other equipment experience is a plus.
