Entry Level Landscaper

Design Works Landscaping has been in business since 2006, serving homeowners and commercial properties with landscape construction, maintenance, and snow removal services.

We are looking to add motivated and dependable individuals to our landscaping team who are interested in learning the industry and growing with our company. Whether you are just starting out or have some experience in landscaping, this is a great opportunity to develop new skills and build a career with an established company.

Our crews work on a variety of residential and commercial properties, providing everything from routine landscape maintenance to detailed property enhancements. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn from experienced team members.

Our team will provide hands-on training and guidance to help you develop your skills and become a valuable part of our operation.

This position is year-round, full-time, with plenty of opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Assist landscaping crews with daily maintenance and landscaping projects

• Perform tasks such as mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, edging, and property cleanups

• Help maintain residential and commercial properties to company standards

• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment

• Learn to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• Work alongside experienced crew members to complete projects efficiently

• Assist with seasonal services, including spring and fall cleanups

• Assist with winter operations by helping with snow removal during storms

• Assist with shop work and equipment organization as assigned

Experience:

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
