About the Role
Design Works Landscaping is hiring an Excavation Crew Assistant for the upcoming season.
This is a hands-on position working directly with our excavation team. You will assist with site prep, operate equipment such as compactors, and support the early stages of project development. This role is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career in excavation and gain real, on-site experience.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with site work and project setup
• Operate a compactor and support equipment use
• Work alongside experienced operators and crew members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Team oriented and able to take direction
