About the Role
We are hiring experienced commercial snow loader operators for the 2026-2027 winter season.
PAY: $40-$50+/hour based on experience. Higher pay possible for exceptional operators.
WORK: Snow-only, on-call. Overnight, early morning, weekends and holidays during storms.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
• Strong commercial snow experience
• Proven loader operating experience
• Ability to safely push, stack and move snow
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent reliability and communication
We are looking for people who show up when they say they will. When a storm hits, we need operators
who answer the phone and are ready to work.
Experience with commercial parking lots and winter equipment is strongly preferred.
