About the Role
This role combines account management, sales, and seasonal snow management. The Residential Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with residential clients, increasing retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring high quality service delivery year round.
This position works closely with our Commercial Account Manager and leadership team, providing strong internal support, shared resources, and collaboration to set you up for success. We are open to applicants who may not have a strong landscaping background but have strong experience in account management and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for residential accounts
Build long term client relationships through regular communication and site visits
Manage annual contract renewals, pricing discussions, and re signings Identify and sell additional services through property inspections and client education
Follow company estimating and approval processes for upsells and enhancements
Work closely with the Commercial Account Manager to align scheduling, staffing, and resources
Create daily route lists and schedules for residential maintenance crews
Monitor service quality and provide feedback to field staff
Coordinate scheduling with managers and leadership
Manage a small snow region in Southern New Hampshire Dispatch snow crews and oversee service execution during storms
Communicate with customers during snow events via phone and text
Coordinate ice management and service documentation Step into the field to help if needed
Qualifications
Experience in sales, account management, property management, or a related customer facing role required
Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus but not required
Comfortable working in and supporting snow removal operations required
Snow removal experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Experience with LMN software preferred but not required
Degree or associate degree in management or related field preferred
