Mow Crew Foreman

Design Works Landscaping is looking for an experienced Mow Crew Foreman to lead a maintenance crew focused on quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who already has landscaping experience and is ready to take ownership of a crew, or someone who has been in the field and wants to step into a leadership position.

You will be responsible for guiding your team through daily routes, maintaining high standards on every property, and making sure work is completed safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a mowing and maintenance crew on daily routes

• Perform mowing, trimming, bed care, pruning, and seasonal cleanups

• Oversee weeding, mulching, and general property maintenance

• Assist with plantings and light installations when needed

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards

• Train and support crew members in proper techniques and efficiency

• Communicate with management on progress, issues, and scheduling

• Maintain clean, organized trucks and equipment

• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Previous landscaping and mowing experience required

• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to work outdoors and handle physical labor

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

• Team-oriented with clear communication skills

• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• References required
