About the Role
Looking for reliable people interested in part-time winter work with guaranteed hours.
SCHEDULE: Approximately December-March
GUARANTEE: 20-25 hours/week
SNOW EVENTS: Additional hours available
When it snows, your primary job is snow removal.
Depending on experience, you may:
• Operate loader/Bobcat
• Drive a plow truck
• Manage sidewalks/shoveling
• Assist with snow operations
When there is no snow, guaranteed hours will be used for:
• Equipment/shop work
• Snow preparation
• Equipment maintenance
• Property inspections
• Organization and winter projects
Great fit for someone who is semi-retired, seasonal, self-employed or looking for winter income without a full-time schedule.
Snow experience and equipment experience preferred
