Winter Bobcat Operator

Design Works Landscaping has been in business since 2006, serving homeowners and commercial properties with landscape construction, maintenance, and snow removal services.

We are currently looking to bring on an experienced Bobcat Operator to support our snow removal operations during the winter season. This person will be responsible for operating skid steers and other equipment to clear snow from commercial properties, parking lots, and designated areas throughout the winter.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable operating equipment in challenging winter conditions. The ideal candidate has previous snow removal experience and understands the importance of being available during snowstorms and maintaining safe, accessible properties for our customers.

We are based in Hudson, New Hampshire, and are looking for someone to join our winter snow removal team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate Bobcats and skid steers for commercial snow removal

• Clear parking lots, driveways, walkways, and designated areas

• Follow site-specific snow removal plans and instructions

• Work alongside plow drivers and ground crews during snow events

• Monitor equipment and report any mechanical issues

• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance

• Maintain safe and efficient operations during snowstorms

• Assist with loading and moving snow as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous Bobcat or skid steer operating experience required

• Previous snow removal experience preferred

• Comfortable operating equipment in winter weather conditions

• Strong understanding of equipment safety

• Reliable and able to respond during snowstorms, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work flexible hours based on weather conditions

Pay: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience
