We take our aeration and overseeding process a step further with a custom Lawn Repair Soil Mix made specifically to support new grass. Our blend contains 50% finely screened loam, 25% ocean blend compost, and 25% mason sand. The finely screened loam creates a consistent growing medium, while compost adds nutrients and organic matter and sand contributes structure and drainage.
